There are two types

What do you have bandwidth for?
And if you’re hiring, what do you look out for?

There’s bandwidth, as in the capacity to do a task well.
There’s also bandwidth, as in the potential to learn, grow and care.

You want to have both
The first without the second is limited.
In fact, with the second, the first is attainable.

People with the second, raise their hands.
They simply ask,
What’s possible?
What do I need to…?
How might we…?
