The Unsubscribe(s)

And the “NO thanks”. And what to do.

It’s two things:
1. Your work is not good enough
2. It’s not for them (and perhaps it was before but now, it’s not)

The unsubscribes, the no’s, the drop-offs. They are not necessarily an indication of how bad your work is.

The first question to ask is ‘why?’ and it’s okay to solve it from that perspective but perhaps there’s more important information to seek out. Who stayed? Who subscribed? Who’s responding? Who’s saying yes? And why?
