The green light is easy to spot. We know it’s go-time when the traffic light turns green.

And we look for it. Green light to go start a project, take a career step, start the NGO, the record label… take a leap

So here you go:

Not when you’re qualified, not when you are ready, not when you have all the tools, not when you get support, not when you feel like it…

But, when there’s a problem (or a need) and there are people that care about that problem. Not everyone. People.

When your contribution makes people better…the world better.

When there’s a place you can start from (no matter how small).

When you are willing to take responsibility for the outcomes.

The light is green…
