Earth day originated from a 1969 teaching to raise awareness about pollution. By 1990 Earth day had spread across 140 countries, inspired by Racheal Carlson with her book — Silent Spring.

HAPPY EARTH DAY, and here’s a gift for you.

3 climate change podcasts I listen to:

  1. The Carbon Almanac Collective. Find out what happens when regular people work together to create massive, meaningful change on a global scale. Available everywhere you listen to podcasts. Check it out alongside everything The Carbon Almanac is about. It was created by a group of people that care, like you.
  2. For what it’s Earth. Environmental, climate change, and sustainability podcast making big issues bite-sized.
  3. The climate pod. Co-hosts Brock Benefiel and Ty Benefiel discuss the latest news on the climate crisis with a wide variety of world-renowned experts on justice, science, politics, culture, activism, and more.

The conversations don’t save the earth but when we follow, we find the tools we need to lean in with care and do what we can and that’s a great start!

Happy Earth Day, again.
